I run backendforth, the people-first studio for digital platforms from Berlin. We work with research institutions, foundations, public-sector partners and mission-driven companies, building the platforms, tools and reporting systems that hold complex operations together.
After leading teams through many challenging projects, steering even more successful launches and handling digital products over decade-long lifespans, I know exactly where I stand.
Creating common vision, building trust, demanding ownership: In these times, human factors become the deciding factor for the success of digital projects.
Handling context, understanding content and scaffolding systems is where my technical brain excels.
I create purpose, and enjoy leading teams and stakeholders on the journey towards impact.
When I am not working, I am most likely in the mountains. Or doing music. Or cooking. Or nerding out about wine and airplanes.
